RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please contact us immediately if there has been damage during shipping. Any and all damages must be reported within 5 DAYS of receiving item(s) to receive full credit or replacement. Damages will be assessed and picked up to replace if necessary. If you are unsatisfied with your order for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damages, you must notify us within 2 WEEKS of receiving item(s). We will request that you ship it back to us via Fed Ex (most reliable) in original packaging; you will be credited for the product cost only when it arrives at our facility. We are not responsible for return shipping.
